This crime drama aired in one-hour episodes for the 1976-1977 television season on CBS.  Working as an honest, justice-minded police detective for the LAPD, Dominick Delvecchio is partnered with Detective Paul Shonski.  The pair, supervised by police Lieutenant Macavan, is assigned cases to investigate where they encounter thieves, drug dealers and murderers.  In his off-duty hours Delvecchio visits with his father Tomaso at his barber shop, or can be found studying for the bar exam in hopes of becoming a lawyer.
