Surfside 6 was a 1 hour long show that aired on ABC for a total of 74 episodes from October 6, 1960 to June 25, 1962.  This was one of four detective series that was produced by Warner Brothers.   
 
Surfside 6 was about a Miami based Beach detective agency that was based on a houseboat .  Most of the plots crossed over from one episode to the next so it was important viewers tuned in weekly to understand what was taking place.
