The Camp Freemont army base at Fort Baxter in Roseville, Kansas. The life of Master Sergeant Ernest Bilco, Company B, 24th Division, a master conartist in charge of the motor pool. Totally dedicated to acquiring money, he ingeniously schemes to bamboozle the system and manipulate the U.S. Army for his own personal benefit. A classic television series satirizing army life.
