Offered by the Poetry Center of the 92nd Street YW and YMHA (Young Women's and Young Men's Hebrew Association), Anthology was a radio program that featured poetry readings by poets and by such stars as Bing Crosby, Helen Hayes, Alfred Lunt, Orson Welles, Agnes Moorehead, Walter Huston and many others.  The readings were accompanied by classical music.
