Jerry at Fair Oaks was a children's radio show that was spun off from "Jerry of the Circus".  Jerry Dugan has so far spent his young life growing up at the Randall Brothers Circus under the guidance of Mr. Randall, who owns the circus.  Mr. Randall realizes that Jerry will need more structure and schooling if he is to grow up to be a good man, and so he enrolls Jerry in the Military Academy at Fair Oaks, where he can learn tradition, honor and discipline.
