This film picks up from Danny Ocean’s men paying back the devious casino mogul Terry Benedict after they stole from him. Things begin to change for the crew when Reuben Tishkoff teams up with another casino owner named Willy Bank to build a hotel. Bank is not a man to be trusted and cuts Tishkoff from the deal, leaving Tishkoff in a hospital due to a heart attack. Danny and the gang are not happy with the outcome of their friend and plan retaliation against Bank. They team up with their old enemy Benedict who also has problems with Bank. Their major plan will be exposed on the grand opening night of Bank’s newest hot spot.
