Kramer and Douglas have both been presidents that have completely different political views. They join forces when they become the objective of a traitor during President Haney’s time. They both discover they share an adversary that is part of the government and are determined to find who it is. The two former presidents travel to the Southern Appalachians where they encounter a homeless couple and march in a gay pride parade.
