Wild Bill Hickok is a well-known gunman who also is part of the law. He is always thinking of his past and the authority he carries. Calamity Jane is in love with him, yet he cannot bring himself to return the love for her. Jack McCall is after him, for he feels Bill ruined his mother’s life and left her when she needed help. He is determined to kill him and it might be easy for him to complete this since Bill’s eyesight is not the best and he is addicted to opium.
