Ray Quick is a former CIA bomb specialist who resides in Miami, Florida as a high-tech outsider. May Munro is aware of Ray’s knowledge and tries to persuade him to bomb the men who killed her parents. Ray feels sympathetic towards May, but does not want to go back to that life. His mind changes when a former CIA associate of his comes back to his life.
