Frank’s mother was killed in a car accident years ago and he still misses her, even though she did not treat him well and was a prostitute. In order to keep her close to him, he murders young women and places their scalps on mannequins he has around his apartment. Anna is a photographer and snaps a picture of him. He follows her and makes friends with her. What is she really to him though?
