This famous musical centers on a group of teenagers in the 1950s in California.  Danny Zuko is a greaser who is in love with Sandy Olsson, an Australian.  They fall in love with each other over the summer on the beach , but when school is back in session, neither knows they attend the same high school.  Danny's the leader of the T-Birds and Sandy teams up with the Pink Ladies whose leader is Rizzo.  Danny is not the same guy he was at the beach since he does not want anyone knowing he is in love with Sandy.
