Faber College has two frat houses very different from one another. One has no standards whatsoever and will take anyone in, while the other is full of rich white men who are not popular with the rest of school except for Dean Wormer. The dean has the second frat house try to get the Delta House boys off campus, for he cannot stand any of them.
