This film gem features a high heel-wielding killer. Big Tony (Frank DeKova) is a black kingpin trying to keep it real as he fends off Italian mobsters, the police, and various local hoodlums in this blaxploitation masterpiece.  During 1956 in Ohio, the leader of a profitable numbers game is being followed by both a dangerous gang and the authorities.
