Chalky and Pete run into some problems when men concealed with masks begin knocking over their crap games. They enlist the help of the smooth and graceful Mr. T to solve their problems. Things take a turn when the masked men plan the murder of man from another gang. Mr. T must find a way to keep the two gangs from fighting, while not catching the attention of the authorities and earning his money. But things get tougher from there.
