Bruce Dern plays a wealthy scientist named Dr. Roger Girard who is working on head transplantation experiments. Danny is the son of his caretaker, who has the mind of a child even though he is an adult. Tragedy strikes when a crazy killer enters Girard’s home, killing Danny’s father. The gunman is killed as well. Danny doesn’t take the death of his father well, so Dr. Girard decides to transplant the killer’s head onto Danny’s body. This leads to disastrous results.
