Based upon a true story. During WWII, the death camp at Treblinka had an escape, causing the Commandant at Sobibor vowed that his camp would never experience the same thing. He makes it well known that the Germans will kill a number of remaining prisoners equal to any number that escape, or attempt to. But those who were its captives, the Jewish laborers that had been spared from the ovens, knew that they were on borrowed time and that their only hope was to escape. However, with the Commandant's threat looming over all of their heads it is obvious that all of the prisoners must escape together. The only question is: How to do it.
