Four men follow a pregnant singer to a maternity department.
The main female character, Heather Halloran's has constantly since childhood had a stage bearing mother trying to force her daughter to get into stage business. Heather would prefer to earn a college degree and work as a secretary until one day when she is singing, she is overheard by her boss who expresses his dislike for her singing voice.
In order to prove to him that she does have talent, she auditions for a nightclub singing act and is chosen for the part. The film then takes an unexpected turn, when Heather faints during a rehearsal and is rushed to the hospital, only to find out she is pregnant.
She is offered by three men who idolize her to marry her and then her boss, Harlan shows up to the hospital as well and he marries Heather right there just in time before she delivers the baby.
