The plot centered around two secret agents who worked for a law enforcement agency called U.N.C.L.E which stands for the United Network Command for Law and Enforcement. Headquartered in New York City , most of the plots were Science Fiction Based. These two agents combat the forces of evil throughout the world using their abilities and high-tech gadgets. Their main enemy was an organization of criminals named T.H.R.U.S.H.

A dry cleaning establishment, Del Florias Taylor Shop, is the secret headquarters of U.N.C.L.E., the United Network Command for Law Enforcement, an international organization responsible for the welfare of peoples and nations against the evils of THRUSH, a secret international organization bent on world domain.
Stories relate the investigations of Napoleon Solo and his partner, Illya Kuryakin, U.N.C.L.E. agents battling the forces of global crime and corruption as influenced by THRUSH.
