George Kimball is a hypochondriac who is always visiting the doctor. It’s during one of his doctor visits he believes he is dying, when it is really another man’s diagnosis. Thinking he has only two weeks left to live, he tries to find a husband for his wife Judy, so she is taken care of. He hides his diagnosis from her at first, but then tells her. She soon discovers he is not dying, even though he still believes he is and thinks he is using this excuse to conceal an affair. When she realizes this, she ends their relationship.
