H.G. Wells' Astounding Adventure in 'Dynamtion'!

This film is based on the H.G. Wells story. Everyone is thrilled when they learn a crew consisting of astronauts from all over world land on the moon for the first time. The excitement shifts to shock when the astronauts find an old British flag and a statement declaring Queen Victoria has taken over the moon. This proves they were not the first men on the moon. The team begins to investigate the matter and find the last Victorian crew member, Arnold Bedford who informs them how he and his girlfriend, Katherine Callender, encountered an inventor, Joseph Cavor in 1899. Cavor was the inventor of a special paste that allowed anything to disperse gravity called Cavorite. Along with this paste, he created a sphere that allowed them to go the moon. When they arrive on the moon, they find an insect community who take a liking to the humans.
