Mr. Hogan is a ladies man landlord and loves the single life. To him, women are just toys and he knows how to get what he wants. His home was made to have women go crazy, having red walls, a nice bar, and a unique fireplace. Mr. Hogan is always sporting a bright red coat and a seductive smile. He only leases rooms to beautiful women, being the landlord of an apartment section in California. 

Irene is a resident in Hogan’s complex and has just ended her relationship with Hogan. She moves out of her apartment which is immediately taken by her innocent niece, Robin. Hogan is excited to see another gorgeous resident he can play with. Little does he know that Robin’s hot headed boyfriend will be living with her as well. Hogan does all he can to interrupts David and Robin’s relationship. Irene later discovers Hogan’s intentions with her niece and does everything she can from him succeeding with his plan.
