Beverly Boyer is the wife of a physician and mother who informs the manufacturer of Happy soap on what she thinks of the soap at a dinner party. Impressed by her inclination, he presents her with an opportunity to share her experiences through commercials. Beverly does some thinking on the offer and is immediately transformed from a regular housewife to well-known personality, which does sit well with her husband Gerald.
