Kommissar Lohmann’s plans for the holiday are interrupted when he receives an unexpected call from work. A member of Interpol has been killed and the leader of an organization wants to communicate with the mobster organization of Chicago. No one knows who the person is, but murders begin to happen which leads to a prison. Kommissar Lohmann begins to become suspicious of FBI agent Joe Como’s identity. The name Dr. Mabuse is found in a victim’s book and he becomes the main suspect.
