Gang violece and racism among high school kids is the order of the day in this juvenile delinquent film with Rita Moreno making an appearece that Pre-dates her role in " West Side Story ". Also known as "This Rebel Breed". The film centers on young criminals who commit racial crimes. In order to put a stop to the crimes, two policemen whom have just graduated go the high school as students.
