The film's title is a parody of the television western "Have Gun - Will Travel" starring Richard Boone.
The Three Stooges are janitors working at a space center where they somehow blast off to Venus and encounter different creatures such as a talking unicorn, a giant tarantula that breathes fire, and an alien computer. The alien computer transforms the three stooges into devious triplets.
