Peculiar happenings are beginning to occur in Riverdale, Illinois. An enormous construction that seems to be related to aliens has been discovered. Senator Walter Powers has been sent to examine the scene and finds sychophants all over that are manipulating everyone in the town, so it is up to only Powers and a small group of people who have not fallen victim to stop them.
