Jersey City born Boxer Tommy Shea gets sponsored by millionaire Robert Mallinson, who lets him train at his Long Island estate. Shea falls in love with Mallinson’s daughter, Dorothy, but fearing he does not have enough money to support her luxurious lifestyle, decides to work for crooked fight promoter Harry Cram to earn money.
