Set in Germany after World War II. The young kids are on a rampage of destruction on the tough streets of Germany. Eighteen year old John is desperate to forget the dishonest middle class beliefs of his impoverished parents. The successful life of his loser older brother, Fred, intrigues John into a dark world of failure and sexual jealousy . Fred leads a gang of guys influenced by his attractive 16 year old girlfriend Sissy's continuous indulgence.
