Joey Victor is a former gangster deported to Europe from the USA years ago. Now he must kidnap the nuclear physicist Dr. Macklin to bring him behind the Iron Curtain. Joey gets in contact with his old gang, including the attractive Joyce. She is used to seduce Macklin in order for him to leave his place of work, but the FBI is right behind them.
