This film consists of three murderous stories of the preternatural. The first story is about a museum worker getting a closer look of the pictures in the museum. The second story is about two close friends who have known each other for a long time. They both are in love with the same woman and when she is murdered, they are the first ones suspicious of the crime. The third story is about a young politician getting disturbed by the actions of the domineering Secretary for Foreign Affairs Lord Mountdrago. He gets inside Mountdrago's mind and uses his dreams to get retribution.
