Rian Mitchell is in South America when he finds an emerald deposit, but is ran after and scared away in order to prevent his mining. He informs his partner, Vic it is safe to go back to the site. When they return, he encounters Catherine and Donald Knowland, brother and sister who own a coffee plantation. Rian falls in love with Catherine and has to decide between her and the emeralds.
