Sam Hurley is a killer on the run who flees from a prison with two other men and hostages. He travels to a ghost town in Nevada known as Lost Hope City. He purposely goes there, aware that an atom-bomb test is being set up for the next day. Will he leave the hostages there when the bomb explodes?
