This film is set in Deadwood where it mainly consist of men, but also an Indian scout known as Calamity Jane who is just as useful as the men with the gun and horse. The one person who doesn’t see her strength is her favorite army lieutenant. Calamity Jane ends up traveling to Chicago to enlist an actress for the Golden Garter stage. The actress catches the attention of Jane’s guy friends as well her rival Wild Bill Hickok.
