Three different people meet aboard a ship traveling from Hong Kong to Macao.  A sexy night club singer is one of the three people and she is immediately enlisted by an American outcast who is in charge of a big casino in Macao and trades jewels for cash.  He suspects one of the men she traveled with is a policeman, yet the other man is one.
