Glyn McLyntock and his pal Cole both come from a mysterious life. They head a group of homesteaders from Missouri to the Oregon province in a wagon-train. They institute a town near Portland. As the winter season arrives, it is important that McLyntock and Cole to liberate and distribute food and stock that are in the hands of unscrupulous representatives in Portland. During their trip back from Portland, Cole plans a revolution to distract the stock to a gold mining shelter for high revenue.
