Dr. Ferguson is a brain surgeon who takes a vacation with his wife to a small country where Spanish is the main language.  The country is ruled by a dictator named Raoul Farrago.  As he and his wife prepare to leave the country, they are arrested and taken to Farrago, who needs a tumor removed.  The doctor knows his duty is to help sick people, but not removing the tumor would be joyous to the people.
