Jim Plummer is about to marry Kate Foley who takes off for Nevada after Ed Bagley convinces her to rob gold shipments. Kate meets Jim’s brother Frank Plummer who used to be a bandit, but has lived a straight and honest life. The only thing he is lying about is his identity, going by the name of Frank Norris. Jim arrives in Bannock City where he plans to steal a train. Kate has changed her ways to be an honest person and is caught between the two different brothers.
