Diamonds are being hidden in custom made shoe of a palomino mare and being exported pass the Mexican border. After the mare gallops away, one of the dealers die. Trigger is held responsible for the death by the sheriff. Roy places the blame on himself and goes to prison in order to save Trigger from harm. The diamond dealers end up purchasing Trigger for their business and put him to work right away. The mare and Trigger end up conceiving Trigger, Jr. When Roy is released from prison, he uses Trigger, Jr. to catch the bad guys.
