Roy Rogers finds a gang headed by a mining magnate has rustled his cattle.  Having killed his partner years before, the magnate is hoping to sell off the herd and use the funds to replace the money he’s taken from the trust fund his partner set up for his daughter.  With the daughter expected to arrive soon to claim her money, it’s a race against time for Roy to track down his missing herd and bring the rustlers in for their crimes.
