Killer trapped in a small town when flood washes out bridges. After a man accidentally kills his fiancée, he hides out in a small town. Little does he know, the place where he boards up holds the only witness to his crime. He shares a room with a little boy who watched him dump his fiancée’s body on the platform of a train, and plots to get rid of the boy. Meanwhile, a sexy blonde also living at the house wants to run off with him.
