Stu Erwin plays a small-town real estate agent named Henry Elkins who is the owner to many properties that have never been sold even though the town has grown. Everyone but Elkins knows that the property might turn into the new airport, making him a lot of money. Corrupt people begin to form around him as he begins to think his life is ending.
