The Bowery Boys : Slip , Sach, Bobby, Gabe, Whitey, and Chuck becomes involved as detectives after a beautiful girl named Eleanor Williams vanishes. Selena, Eleanor’s sister helps the boys out and begin to put the pieces together. They realize Eleanor’s long lost husband is returning from South America . They go to the apartment of Dr. Rolfe Carter where Eleanor first went when her husband was reported missing. Slip is there to see the doctor murdered, but doesn’t see the killer. They soon discover the doctor was blackmailing his clients and trace him to syndicate-chief Armand.
