Lou Costello portrays an awkward country man who sells vacuum-cleaners for a living. The company he works for is led by the criminal Bud Abbott. To not have Costello thinking anything sneaky or around him, he tells Costello that he is a crackerjack salesman. This comedy is very similar to “The Time of Their Lives," since Abbott and Costello are not seen much together throughout the movie.
