Someone is trying to rob radium reserved in a bank. Three bank employees die from cobra bites. The case sounds very familiar to Detective Charlie Chan when he dealt with a case like this in Shanghai ten years ago. He believes a gang is involved in the strange case. Chan investigates with his “Number Three Son” Chan.
