Billy is expected to bring a herd of cattle over to Dave Crockett, but hesitates when he finds out many herds have been rustled. Two men are ready to take over Crockett’s ranch if he doesn’t pay. They come up with a plan to get Crockett’s son in financial trouble, but Billy ruins their plan and stops them from rustling the herd. Their second plan is to poison the water hole.
