Shorty Williams is left in charge of his cousin, Rusty William’s big ranch. Shorty is more interested ways to make money and goes into town looking for people to help him. He finds two wanderers named Curly and Larry who have won money playing the roulette wheel. Shorty becomes interested in Betty Vale who is planning to move to New York with June McGuire since their singing act did not work out at the café. Shorty convinces the girls to come to the ranch and decides he wants to sell the ranch.
