Robert L. Scott has always dreamt of being a fighter pilot. He is disappointed when he finds himself flying transport planes into China. There he convinces General Chennault to let him fly with the great Flying Tigers, who had been fighting the Japanese way before Pearl Harbor. Scott finally gets a chance to prove himself as a fighter pilot against a dangerous enemy pilot known as Tokyo Joe.
