The Inter Ocean Oil Company sends Allen Saunders, ace engineer for the company, to the jungle to investigate the cause of the delay in the new oil field. Between the town and the oil field is a strip of land occupied by natives and their queen, The Tiger Woman. An evil attorney believes the Tiger Woman is really an heiress to a vast fortune. His mission is to kill the Tiger Woman and replace her to collect the fortune.
This was the third most expensive serial ever made by Republic Pictures. The serial was re-released in 1951 under the title Perils of the Darkest Jungle
