Detective Mark McPherson is trying to find answers regarding the murder of Laura. McPherson goes around asking questions of all of the suspects, but finds more answers when he finds a beautiful painting of her on the wall of her apartment. He is confused on why anyone would want to kill her since every man she encountered fell in love with her. Then strange things begin to happen to him that turns his focus in another direction.
