Randall is trying to get the Governor impeached so that he can take over the control of the state. Knowing the Governor and Billy Carson are good friends, he has Billy framed for murder. Fuzzy Jones finds the shell casing and Billy sees it has a peculiar mark. Now they have to find the owner of that gun.
